  • What is the Cut off date for Holiday Orders (Christmas)

All orders after 5th Dec, may or may not get delivered by Christmas. So the cut off date for Holidays is 5th Dec. Only expedited shipping orders cut off date is 15th Dec.

  • I want to cancel and get a refund, how can I do that?

Please note: As per our policies, we cannot cancel the order and offer refund once the product is shipped and is in transit. But we do have a 60 days Buyers Protection. If the Product is not delivered within 60 days, we will refund your full amount, no questions asked.

Incase the item is not shipped, you can cancel the order within 24hrs of order placed.

  • What are the shipping options?

All shipping are normally done with economy international shipping options in general, free of cost to you. Most of the shipping is delivered using USPS. There is a tracked shipping option, which helps you track the package. If you need faster shipping, please choose Expedited Shipping method, we will use DHL, USPS or FedEx for expedited shipping. If the item is heavier than 2 lbs, you need to contact us for actual price for expedited shipping.

  • Where does my Products come from?

All of our products are sourced internationally from various countries like Europe, China, India, etc.

  • Do the items comes in a box?

Most of our products will not come in a box. They are carefully packaged though. Specially all the shoes do not come in a box. Only glass items, if any comes in a box, like lights, chandeliers, etc.

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Only for USA deliveries, 99% of the time all the other charges are included in the final price of the item.

Buyer is responsible for paying import duties, taxes and charges, if any. It is out of our control for custom tariffs. Please kindly note!
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • When will I receive my order? How many days it takes for Delivery?

Normally for Free Shipping, it takes 8-12 days for any product to arrive at your doorstep. Delay may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Please keep in mind that all the products are shipped from international warehouses using Economy Shipping and it takes time to come through customs etc, and also to save you from the extra cost we chose economy shipping option. 

Please note: Delivery time can be different for each product. Check the Delivery time in the product page details of the particular item you are looking for.

  • What do I do if I never received my order?
It is unlikely that it will happen. But in such case, contact us and we will check the tracking information to see if it is delivered or not. If it is not delievered to your address, we will offer you full refund. Delivery Window is 60 days.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
If you receive a defective product, we advise you to contact us immediately with photos of the damage and to send us back the product  so that we can inspect the damage. If found the damage was pre existing, we will return and replace you the item for free. Please note: Any return cost if the item is not defective or if it is not our fault, will be borne by the buyer.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
We process our orders automatically, so once the order is placed it is not possible to make any changes to the order as the instructions to ship has been already been sent to the vendor. But still we at goatfind.com will try to take any request of change of order withing 2-3 hrs of orders placed. Kindly contacts us with your request.

  • My Mastercard and Visa is not accepted while making payment?

At the moment, Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted only via PayPal. You can pay through your Visa and Mastercard cards by paying through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account, you can just pay through PayPal as a guest.
