Returns
Return Label for Faulty or Incorrect Products: If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide you with a downloadable return label for printing or replace the item for free. For all other scenarios, including customer remorse, the customer is responsible for returning the item at their own expense. Our support team will provide the return address.
Customer Remorse Scenarios: Customer remorse occurs when an item is purchased in the wrong size, no longer wanted, or the incorrect product was selected. In these situations:

The customer must cover return shipping costs.

If we provide a return label, a fee of up to 25% of the product price may apply, depending on the case.
- Or you can pay for the shiping fee ($25-$30), and we will send you another pair for free. No need of returning in this case.
Return Eligibility Window:

Return requests must be initiated within 15 calendar days of receiving the product.

Items must be in their original, undamaged condition, with all tags intact.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. GoatFind does not provide shipping labels for returns in these scenarios.
Refunds
For approved returns:

Upon receiving the item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Processing Fee:

A 15% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount, based on the product price excluding taxes. Taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued for defective items or if the wrong product was sent. If the returned product is damaged or if the request is initiated after the 15-day window, refunds will not be processed.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

If your order has not been shipped and you'd like to cancel it, please email us within a few hours of placing the order, and we’ll assist you.

If your package is not delivered within 60 calendar days, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.
